Ann's Easy Rice Side Dish

     Saute one stick of butter with one medium onion in a frying
     pan. While this is doing its thing on the stove, preheat your
     oven to 350 degrees and into a glass casserole dish pour two
     cans of beef consume, one can of stems and pieces mushrooms,
     and one cup of uncooked Mahatma long-grain rice. When your
     butter and onions are sauteed, pour this into your casserole.
     Stir everything together, put the casserole dish into the
     oven, and let it cook until the rice comes to the top and
     turns a nice golden brown. It serves a lot of people, and I
     haven't found anyone yet that doesn't like it. :)
