CROCK POT BOURBON POT ROAST
Brown a 4-5 pound rump roast and place
     in cooker with 4 potatoes (quartered) 2 carrots cut in pieces, 2 celery
     stalks sliced. 2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp basil and 1/2
     cup bourbon. add more liquid if necessary….also can add dry onion soup.
