2 8oz. blocks cream cheese,softened
2 T. chopped bell pepper
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
dash of salt
Mix everything together. Shape into balls (makes
2) and roll
in extra chopped pecans.
Serve with crackers.
