      You will need:
1 package Tyson chicken strips - buy in freezer section/ or
     1/2 LB. ground
     beef
optional - sliced peppers and onions (you can buy them pre-sliced in the
     freezer section)

     1 can of refried beans
1/2 large can of Pace Salsa
     1 can of enchilada sauce
1 4 cup bag of shredded Mexican cheese of cheddar

     ----
     Brown the chicken or hamburger.
Add green/red peppers and onion as you brown
     ----
     #1
Place two tortillas on the bottom of a 9x12 baking dish
Spread a layer of salsa over the tortillas
     Sprinkle cheese over the salsa.
     ---
     #2 -
Place two tortillas on the above
Spread a layer of refried beans over the tortillas
Place a layer of the meat mixture over the beans
Sprinkle Cheese over the meat mixture
     Sprinkle Salsa over the cheese
Place two tortillas over the salsa
     ----
Repeat step #2 2-3 more times (use all the ingredients and save
     a handful of cheese)
     --------
Lastly, Open the can of enchilada sauce and pour over the dish
     Sprinkle the remainder of cheese
     Cover with foil
Cook at 375 for 20-30 min.
     ------

The nice thing about this recipe is that you can make it
     different by having
meat or chicken in it. I have made it with no meat or chicken
and just  beans. It is really good that way to.
