Mom's Homemade Veg. Beef Soup
     brown a package of stew meat and chopped onions in lg. pot
     add 1 lg. can tomatos (cut up with spatula in pot)
     add 1 can of corn, peas, & green beans
     add sliced carrots, celery(opt), cubed potatoes, salt &
     pepper.
     Cook slowly for most of the day, stirring occasionally.
     Ready when veg's are tender. I make enough to last a couple
     of "low-fat" days and have it for lunch and dinner both.
