1 jar garlic peppercini.
1 pkg "Light" sliced salami
1 pgk whipped cream cheese (the pre-softened
kind)
toothpicks
Spanish olives (optional)
so easy!
slice up the peppercini length wise - cut
in half and half
again to make 4 long pieces. I remove the
seeds just for
aesthetics.
take a slice of salami and spread with cream
cheese, place a
slice of peppercini in the middle and roll
up.
Stick toothpick through the middle to close.
You can also add a Spanish olive to the top
to make it look
more festive.
alternatives- provolone cheese cut up into
slices instead of
cream cheese.
