Quick and Easy Beef Tips
 
 

     1- 1 1/2 pounds of beef stew meat*
     1 can of cream of mushroom soup
     1 can (use empty soup can) of Coke or Ginger Ale

     Mix soup and soft drink and then add stew meat. Pour into a
     rectangular pyrex baking dish, cover with foil, and cook at 350
     degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

     Serve over rice. (The "gravy" tastes GREAT on the rice.)
 

     *You can use beef tips, but they are more expensive. The
     carbinated drink tenderizes the stew meat so that when cooked it
     is as tender as regular beef tips.
