Sherry Olive Chicken--

Combine in a crock pot 2 medium onions chopped.1
     cut up chicken, 2 cloves garlic, 1 bay leaf, 1 Tbsp chili powder,1 tsp
     oregano, 2-4 oz cans of sliced pitted ripe olives, 1 1/2 t salt, 1 cup
     water and 1/2 cup sherry. cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.Serve
     with brown rice and dilled cucumbers.
