This is so simple I'm almost
embarrassed to post it, but it's my
son's favorite
meal.
Beef roast (2-3 pounds)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Place roast in crock pot. Mix the two soups
together and spoon over the
roast. If you have a temperature control,
cook on high for about an hour, then
turn to low. Cook at least 8 hours. The juice
that cooks out of the roast is
usually all the liquid that is needed
to make this a nice gravy.
