Tai' Chicken
     Chicken Pieces to fill bottom of 9"
     casserole dish (skin on or off)
     Apricot preserves (small jar)
     Russian Dressing (small bottle)
     Powdered Onion Soup Mix (one
     envelope, or less)

     Spread preserves over chicken,  pour dressing over that, then the
     soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 325
     degrees for app. 1 hour. Serve over rice.
