Washington, DC Turkey Club Salad

     Dark Greens (bag)
     Vinci's Turkey (deli) sliced 1/5 inch)
     String Cheese (cut in thick "pennies")
     Cucumber (peeled, chopped small)
     Carrots (chopped size of peanuts)
     Bacon (chopped coarsely)
     Tomato (peeled, seeded, chopped dime size)
     Pasta (the round, wavy kind, cooked, chilled)

     Toss these ingredients together in a large bowl. Use a small
     bowl to mix each person's salad dressing into their salad.
     Pour onto a plate and serve. This salad lasts 2-3 days
     without dressing added. Yummy! I added the carrots and
     cucumber to the recipe. Good crunch! You wouldn't believe
     how good a big cup full of pasta makes this salad, especially
     when you mix the whole salad with your favorite dressing!

     You'll have to try the REAL one when you go to Washington,
     DC. Maybe I'll see you there in early May, 2002!!!
