YUMMY CHICKEN...
     Three Ingredients!
     boneless chicken (whatever amount you need)
     ranch or creamy Italian dressing (I use ranch)
     bread crumbs (I use Progresso Italian)

     Foil line a baking pan. Spread enough of the dressing in the
     bottom of the pan to cover. Put in the boneless chicken and then cover the
     top of the chicken with the remaining dressing. Sprinkle top with bread
     crumbs and pop into a 350 degree oven. Bake for approx.. 45 minutes or
     until chicken is done....sometimes it varies depending upon size of breasts,
     but 45 minutes has always been enough when I've baked it!
     This recipe is wonderful! As the chicken is baking, it absorbs  the salad
     dressing and you end up with a flavorful, moist chicken with a
     crunchy top.
     I have shared it with my colleagues and they love it! I love
     this recipe because if you are baking for a crowd, you can throw as many
     breasts as you want into a large pan, it is foolproof AND gourmet!!
