We are in the mountains. Came back from the lake at 3:30. Someone had been sanding their deck nonstop for 3 hours.

My teeth are starting to itch.

I have friends who have a vacation home in a small beach cabin community. They are adding a room to their cabin. They got the outside framed and then had to stop. It will be finished in the fall. No construction allowed between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Your sanding noise is the reason for the rule.

We got a vrbo one year that was getting a new roof the entire ten days we were there starting by 7am every day. It sucked!
