A "Pub" Club for extraordinary writers

I am new to the board :-)
I currently teach 7th Gr Lang Arts in a tough school +low income>
I am trying to help some of my kids get "published" some of their awesome writing. I started a "Pub Club" for a few of my students and am motivating them to write to get published.
Any ideas or places to try for kids?

for the magazine Teen Ink. It's for writers 13-18.
