This is the last update I have on Henry the boy who swallowed the balloon in December. He is still in Mott's Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. He is in a wheelchair because of blod clots. The brain damage he suffered is in the language/speech part of the brain and he is very quiet. Way out of character for him. Monday was the first day he spoke more than 3 words at a time. He is sitting up on his own now but just barely. I am so suprised at how devastating this is. He will be in the hospital for another 4 weeks. They will do more tests then and see what the next step will be. That is all I know so far.
