Book activities for Thank You, Sarah

Does anyone have any activities for the book Thank You, Sarah that you have used? I would really like to use this book next week before we go on break. I had thought about using it to teach the questioning strategy, but I also wanted some response activities that the students could do.

Any ideas?

I heard this book read tonight at a meeting. What a great message about perseverance and the power of the pen. I missed out on using this book for Thanksgiving, but will definitely use it for women's history month! Thanks for the links!
