Awhile back there was a discussion that mentioned cinnamon tea. I described the one that I love as tasting like liquid red hots. A few posters mentioned Harney and Sons cinnamon tea. I was running low on my Market Spice Cinnamon Orange tea and decided to try the Harney and Sons. For me there is only a slight comparison. The Market Spice does not taste like a black tea at all. The Harney and Sons definitely has a definite black tea taste.
I have fond memories of enjoying the Market Spice with my sister who lived in Seattle and turned me on to the tea from Pike Place Market. A cup of cinnamon tea in the afternoon has become a habit for me lately.
I encourage those of you who love the Harney and Sons to give Market Spice a try. I gave some to a friend and she said it reminded her of the cinnamon toothpicks we used to get when we were kids.
