Colonial Christmas HELP!!

I'm looking for some creative ideas to use for a "Colonial Christmas Day." We are attempting to plan a week of holiday activities for fifth graders (one day each of studying Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanuakah, etc.) and I have the charge of developing ideas for the "Colonial Christmas Day." Has anyone out there ever done something such as this and if so would you be willing to share ideas? If not, has anyone recently had a colonial times unit with activities that might be appropriate? Any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I do a living colonial day and we do many activities like make candles and butter. We write with quill pens and make silhouettes. We don't tie it in with Christmas, just colonial life.
