Daily Schedule

I am trying to sort of revamp my class schedule over the break so that when we come back we can fit a few more things into our day. I just feel like there is NEVER enough time for everything. So here is my question, how do you fit it all in?? Would anyone mind posting what their daily schedule looks like for full day kindergarten? I would really appreciate it!

Here's mine.

7:30-8:30 morning work and morning meeting
8:30-9:30 Reading whole group and small groups
9:30-10:00 Specials
10:00-10:30 Wilson phonics
10:40-11:10 Lunch
11:10-11:30 Story time
11:30-12:00 Math
12:00-12:30 Social studies
12:30-1:00 Science
1:00-1:30 Developmental centers
1:30-2:00 Recess
2:00-2:15 Clean up and dismissal

9:50-10:15 Shared reading using theme related materials
10:15-11:15 literacy centers and guided reading groups
11:20-12:00 specials
12:00-12:15 teacher read aloud
12:15-12:45 Writers' workshop
12:50-1:30 lunch
1:30-2:00 Calendar Math
2:00-2:20 recess
2:20-2:50- rest and individual reading time with me
2:50-3:20 playtime
3:25 dismissal

Science and social studies in integrated into literacy times so a separate time is not needed.

Not enough time in the day...

I think the thing is that there will never ever be enough time to do everything we'd like to do with our kindergarteners! Here's my schedule:

9:30-9:50 Daily Message
9:50-10:20 Shared Reading
10:20-10:30 Story Time
10:30-11:30 Center Time
11:35-12:05 Lunch
12:05-12:25 Recess
12:25-12:55 Open Court
12:55-1:45 Special Areas
1:45-2:10 Writing
2:10-2:25 Snack
2:25-2:45 Quiet Time
2:45-3:35 Math
3:35-3:50 Dismissal
