Two that come to mind: David McCord has a book for all of the seasons- one poem for each month that are wonderful. One of my favorite winter poetry books is by Doug Florian title "Winter Eyes" (I think-it may just be Winter. All of his poetry has interesting language, rhythm, rhyme, imagery very accessible. Enjoy!
I would agree with another poster about Douglas Florian. I got several of his books at the public library. I used it during a poetry unit and the kids loved his books. He also has some for summer and spring too.
