elapsed time

My 4th graders are starting elapsed time next week. I know it will be a struggle! Anyone have any special activities or lessons that they do to help their kids with this concept?

I, too would love to hear about any ideas for elapsed time. It is a boring struggle every year with the kids.

BetsyC's 'elapsed time' idea worked PEFECTLY!
