Getting to know you with grade 5 buddy class?

Hi there-
Does anyone have any ideas that I can do with a K/1 class and their grade 5 buddies, sort of a "getting to know you" feel-good, beginning of the year kind of thing? The classes have already met, but I'd like to do an activity with them, that lets them find out some stuff about each other, and that can maybe be posted around the room. Thanks!

we do a favorites page

Hi, we do a page where I have listed a bunch of things they can name that is their favorites. and then I let them sit together with their buddy, the buddy does the writing. I have one side of lines for the buddy and one side for the 1st grader. i can fax it to you if you have a fax machine. Just let me know and I will give you my email. they love it and then they color it after and draw pics of their favs on the back. It is a great ice breaker especially for the quiet ones, they have to tell their favorites, which leads to open discussions , usually
