Go Noodle/State Testing

We start our state tests tomorrow and was thinking of doing Go Noodle before to help release some nerves. Does anyone have any suggestions of which Go Noodle breaks would be good for this purpose? I teach third and this is their first state assessment they'll take.

I'm new to Go Noodle this year and would love to hear your thoughts.

Go noodle

I would do the koo koo a roo ones, just to release pent up energy. Maybe end with Chillax or the "tree" one that has visualization.

We did Maximo before (just something quick to get them up and moving) and then a Zumba one after. It really helped them get focused and release some energy. I would totally recommend it. Good luck with testing.
