Grandparent's Day is on Friday and while I have never really done anything in the past for it (very few if any show up) our principal is really pushing for each grade to have some specific activities. What have you all tried?
Just got your post. This year grandparents were invited to a "tea party" at the end of the day. The students sang a song or two to their grandparents, gave them the cards they'd made and then ate "goodies" with them. This wasn't done in a Pre-K class, but I don't see why it couldn't be. Maybe this will help for next year.
