My DH loves, loves, loves gravy, and I hate it. Since it is just the two of us for Thanksgiving, we are roasting a turkey breast. The past two years, we have bought gravy mix or a jar of gravy. Does anyone have any advice for making gravy out of the pan drippings from roasting the turkey? I know I need flour to thicken it, salt and pepper....what else? Or should I just buy the jar and let DH deal with it?
