Great Birthday Party

I posted earlier in the week about not having any RSVP's. I asked DD teacher to start asking parents if they were coming. Well I only had a couple RSVPs and 11 kids showed. Only 1 (Who RSVPd) did not show. DD had a great time today. I typically always have a home party due to cost of renting out party rooms or tables so I was freaked out about not knowing who was coming or not. I was a little short on food but "oh well", only parents couldn't over indulge but everyone was able to have lunch. All in all, the kids had a great time. :)

great!

I'm happy she had a great time. I always feel bad when not many kids show. I'm glad there was such a great turnout and they had fun. What kind of a party was it (what kind of room did you rent out)?

glad it worked out

I happy for your DD that her birthday party was fun. In the future try to avoid involving teachers in home parties. I don't even like it when the kids bring invitations to distribute at school. I don't want to be responsible for whether or not they get home and seen by a parent.

Hey girls - it was at a Jump House

I am not sure what your local "Jump House" is called, but this place was really great. My only complaint is that they were late on the balloons and decorations but the kids had a blast. The place was basically wharehouse full of those bounce houses. They had all different kinds like the old lady shoe, slides and regular houses. The kids all had a blast so no complaints here.
