Help IDEA planning for individual needs

Help, for a assignment I need to discuss how I plan for the individual needs of special education students....but I am in a private school, I don't have any diagnosed special ed students....How do you plan??? thanks!!

Depends....

You can differentiate, will this help? Do your regular plan, then adjust it for the advanced student (more enriching), and lower it for the struggling student (perhaps a low reader). You have to do the same content, but the approach is different. All it is is really good teaching anyway. What grade? Any specific disability?
