Help with Math Lesson Plan

Can anyone help me with a good math lesson that teaches measurment for Kindergarten? I will be doing this for my second observation with my principal and need to have a GREAT lesson! THANKS!

I was thinking about having different things to measure at my different tables and then having the kids rotate between the tables. At each table would be something different they can use to measure for example, paper clips, unifix cubes, etc.

Are you introducing non-standard measurement units? If so, your idea sounds good as an introduction. Have you already introduced measurement or are the children free-exploring this concept?
