I use the overhead (which yes, is technology). I also use an LCD projector to show the kids powerpoints, but not every day. Additionally, I have a computer workstation for the kids whenever we are working in small groups. I teach first grade. That's about it.

I use power media plus in my lessons, they have thousands of videos on many subjects. There are short clips and longer clips, for every grade level.
I also use my projector/laptop to do thinking maps as a class project.
My students also complete a powerpoint project each year on a social studies topic.

I teach a K-4 gifted pullout. My students use search engines and online databases to research topics. They all use basic MS office applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher). This year we're adding PhotoStory.
At present I'm working at creating some online assignments for them using Moodle. It's our hope that this early introduction to online learning will prepare them for online learning as they move into highschool and college.
