I have a big crockpot of potato soup sitting on my counter right now.
I will freeze some of it.
I didn't use a recipe but I know it will freeze just fine.
It has vegetable broth, evaporated skim milk, potatoes, onions, celery and seasonings. Nothing to curdle or separate.
If the potatoes are a bit mushy I will use my immersion blender and puree it a bit.
