Last night I went to a great friends wedding...I know the groom exceptionally well...and have met the bride...the wedding ceremony itself was amazing, it was very scripted but spiritual. They even offered open communion.
The reception was an elegant party! They had a hosted bar, appetizers, plated dinner, cake (of course, and a photo booth! It was so much fun! They had costumes for the photo booth, we dressed up and took silly photos for the bride and groom. It was hilarious!
I just had to share what a fun time I had...I got to see colleagues from my last school and catch up! We had intended to be home around 8 or so (the reception started at 5) but we didn't get home until 10:30, that's so late for us!
