Ms. Menard, could you please PM me? I have received Flat Stanley and have a couple of questions. First, how long do I keep him? Do I need to send him back to you? A friend of mine thought I should send him to another school... that he should visit several schools before going back to you. Do we keep the things that he brought with him? I understand that I need to send some souvenirs with him... Thanks, Angie

I have the same question. Can't wait to hear the answer. I was wondering if I just needed to send him home with the students or send him to other schools. My students are going to love it!

Flat Stanley

I got Flat Stanley, too, and as I understood the directions, we're supposed to keep him for awhile and then send him back to Louisiana with his journal, souveniers, postcards, etc. We're going to keep what the class sent and I'm sending FS and his journal home with each student along with a disposable camera for each one to take a picture of himself and FS. We'll send the pictures, souveniers, etc back before March. Did I get that right?

Flat Stanley

In the letter we received from Mrs. Menard's class, Stanley is supposed to be returned home by March 1. We are keeping him with our class for the whole time but he will go home with different students each week.
