The Essential 55
Hi Zoe,
It might be an idea to get ahold of The Essental 55 by Ron Clark - it has 55 rules for teaching respect, manners and a few other things as part of a classroom setup. There is also The Essential 55 Workbook which covers those rules in a lesson/worksheet format. More information can be found on Ron's website at http://www.ronclark.info
