Math transparencies

I am looking for math word problem transparencies. I want something similiar to the Daily Oral Math Problem book, but that already contains transparencies. Has anyone found anything like this or is anyone using a math textbook series that might have these included?

What a wonderful idea...

That would be great. I sure wish someone did. Have you tried Evan-Moor? They are usually the frontrunner of things like that. You should mention it to the company. I know they have a Daily Geo. book that has maps, questions, and transparencies. It's one of the best purchases I ever made!!

book

Carson-Dellosa has a book that is coming out late next month. It's 30 Ready to Use Math Transparencies. Might be worth checking out. Since your post, I've been doing some looking.

Math series

The latest edition of the Scott Foresman-Addison Wesley Mathematics book has a set of Problem of the Day Transparencies. We use one each day as part of our math lesson.

I Use the Internet

I use the Internet to match my theme and create problems myself from what I find.

My math series has unit themes about national parks (I mentioned this in another post above). I go to www.nps.gov and create a problem from the statistics, printing it extra large on my word processor. With my small class, I either post it on the magnetic board or include it in my dittoed daily drill. When I use the overhead, I find that a larger font is preferable--our secretary keeps us well supplied with tranparency sheets for the photocopier.

My dream is to someday have an interactive white board to instantaneously post and save stuff like this.
