I will be starting this unit the week after Thanksgiving and I am a bit overwhelemd! I am a RW rookie and I have been following TeacherDani's plans all year but I have just completed them (I teach 2nd, so I was able to move a little quicker). I have reread the chapter in RWM, but it is not as clear as the units in GR as far as the sequence of mini lessons. Does anybody have any good ideas or a list of mini lessons that they have taught for this strategy? Would you anticipate this unit to take me through December? Thanks for any guidance you can give me!
