My principal who went crazy last Thursday is ok today as if nothing happened. Two teachers were not at work though. Also one of my students (well he was in my class until last wednesday) swallowed a balloon on Saturday and in order to remove the balloon they had to put him into a coma. They removed the balloon and today around 4pm they brought him out of the coma. He did not respond. Although he was a stinker no one deserves this and I think the principal was heart broken as this little guy was a student at our school since prescool. He is a 1st grader. Let ya know what happens. Too bad this is what it took to settle things down.

That's terrible! I hope he's OK.
Amazing how that puts things in perspective... all the little things we worry about with our students.

Update

Henry is the boys name and he was pulled out of the coma on Monday afternoon. He did not respond. On Tuesday he opened his eyes but still no responses. He has a blod clot today and he is ok because they caught it. Pray for him. Tomorrow he will have an MRI to see what brain damage he suffered if any. I will let you know when I know. Thanks for the concern. It is truely heart breaking.
