Need help finding a pirate's treasure chest

Hello everyone. I am looking for a blackline of a pirate's treasure chest that I can copy onto cardstock and fold together. Does anyone know of a place or have a copy already that they could share with me? Thanks!!

I ordered a set!

I order a set from Highsmith and they were wonderful. I use them toward the beginning of the school year on Talk Like a Pirate Day when we go to the media center in search of a good book! The outside design of the treasure chest is detailed, and there are lines on the inside for writing.
