November/December Tab

Does anyone have the 6 digit code for the November/December Tab? Mine came in an order without a code.

Happened to me too

I called Scholastic for a code a few weeks ago and they told me to check the order form. In one of the upper corners it should have the code. It was printed really tiny but it was there! A couple letters and some numbers.
