PARP (Parents as Reading Partners)

Looking for some ideas for our PARP committee. Every year the parents and students read together for 15 minutes each night for 4 weeks. At the beginning we have some sort of kickoff and at the end we usually have some kind of celebration. These are some of our recent themes: Carnival, Chocolate Drop, Zoo, Racing, Magic.

Any new ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I saw this once on this site: FISH-Family Involvement Starts Here. You could use an ocean theme or Nemo, depending on how old your kids are.
