Pattern Block Cards

Has anyone ever seen any cards like this on the internet that I can print???

We use Investigations, and I'm looking for some ways to extend the "Predict and Cover" activities in the book. I want to give my students pictures and have them fill them in. I don't know if I'm googling the wrong terms, or if nothing like this exists on the internet. I tried to draw them myself, but needless to say, I'm NOT an artist!

I think I might use tangrams as an extension of the activities in the curriculum.

I realize that my original post might not have been clear enough. The activities in our curriculum use pattern blocks, so what I'm looking for is something that uses pattern blocks that appear to be a consistent size.
