PIP / Fluency Folders

I have to do a PIP for next yr and am intrigued by this idea of fluency folders, esp. since I feel it is my weakness b/c a lot of my students are not fluent readers.
I would love someone to be a good citizen and explain to me how to implement and use these!!!
I made a VERY good rfiend on this site, we talk on the phonea ll the time but have never met..anyone else up for a new friend?

I read a post about these fluency folders and was wanting to know more about them. I would be very interested in using these in my room and was wondering what all goes into them! Thanks!

what does pip stand for

is this a specific type?

I am not sure exactly WHAT a fluency folder is. Are you speaking of mini offices or is this something different?
