What is a really great thing that your local Education Association does? I am new to this position and would like to see some kind of a spark lit in our group. Any suggestions?

We need more unity within our group. We have teachers that are close to retirement and we have many 1st year teachers and not a lot of comradery! We just need something fresh to spark the group (and maybe convince the 2 or 3 that have not joined to do so!)
