I am currently collecting ideas for teaching lessons on probability. I am hoping to incorporate a section during my daily calendar routine. What kinds of things do you to teach probability?

Probability spinners
I'm not sure how this would fit into a calendar routine but I use these spinners with my class for probability and they love it. I also read Probably Pistachio to introduce the concept. Here is the link for the spinners:
