So I just had my end of the year evalution which I feel went really well. At the end my principal said that since I will no longer be an ILT next year, I will be expected to take on more leadership roles. This was after she commended me on my roles on the leadership committee, homework committee, assisting with grade chair responsibilities when ours was out, and teaching an after school program. I can't imagine what else I can squeeze into my days. I know I should have just asked her, but I didn't. I'm just wondering if anyone had any thoughts as to what she might be suggessting. Thanks!
