Reading Street Trifolds

I am in desperate need of a blank Reading Street trifold that I can use to create my own versions. It wouls be great if it was in WORD format so that I can adjust it to the new version of Reading Street. OR if anyone has new and updated versions of the trifolds that are willing to share I would really appreciate it!!!
