Real or Make believe?

Can anyone recommend any fun, kinesthetic activities, that help students learn how to decipher real from make believe? I have a great picture book to use, which gives examples of the two. Now, I need the activity to follow. I really want to get students out of their seats, rather than resort to worksheets.

I am also looking for an interactive activity for Black History month, which will teach an appreciation for diversity.
