Can someone please tell me where I can find a salary guide for teachers in NJ (Middlesex County). I've looked everyone online, but cannot seem to find one. Thanks!

In California, individual school districts post a salary schedule on their websites. Salaries vary from district to district. If you want to know the state average, that can probably be found on the NJ dept. of education website.

Good luck!

The NJEA (New Jersey Education Association) usually publishes starting salaries for BA, MA, MA+30 for many of the districts in NJ, in one of the monthly magazines which are sent to members of the union. You may be able to find this on the NJEA website (I think it is www.njea.org). I know the salaries were published in one of the recent issues. If it's not online, you may also be able to find a copy at a college/university library.
