I just got back from Walmart and I bought a laminator. I was very excited when it was only $24.95. I thought that was a great buy! Now I just need to head to Sam's Club to get extra lamination sheets.

I've had mine for 3 years and it still works great! I use it all the time for small center pieces and such. One of the best classroom purchases I've ever made! You will find that you will start laminating everything. Also, if you use Scholastic check their "teacher resource flyer"...I got laminating pouches from them several times using bonus points.

FYI--Scholastic Book Club has the laminator and replacement sheets in their classroom bonus catalog. It is like 300 points to get a large pack of the sheets.

You will LOVE IT! I get my pouches from Sam's Club there are 200 sheets in a pack (it's not the Scotch brand but works just fine)

I just bought mine yesterday (and extra sheets from Sam's Club). I spent a couple of hours today laminating things I had already made..... I LOVE THIS LAMINATOR!! What a wonderful purchase! Thanks to everyone who talked about it & "made" me go and get one! It will be very useful even though my building has a large laminator. The Sam's Club lamination sheets are thicker and more sturdy than the school's laminator.

It is awesome to have. I have loved getting to laminate stuff during the summer and have it all cut out before back to school time, when I will be focused on classroom, planning, etc. Enjoy!

Went to Sam's and picked up the large pack of pouches for $20. Went next door to WalMart and they did not have the laminator. I even asked. The lady said they were on order but they did not have an expected ship date on them. Now, I will have to try another Walmart that is farther away, but hey, I can always use a trip to Walmart. I'm just hoping that I am able to get it. DH will be out of town for a couple of days, so I plan on working in my classroom during the day and working on lesson plans/laminating during the evening. I can have my school crap scattered all over the house if I want to!!!!! (And I need to get busy so that I will feel prepared on the first day.)

Got it today!

Went to the other Walmart (about 25 miles away) early this morning. They had 4 laminators sitting on the shelf! I am so excited!!!
