Hello! I am currently a teacher in a private Christian school and I am thinking of making the move to public schools. Does anyone have any tips, advice or ideas to help me make the transition?

Hello-
I am in the same boat as you. I am in a catholic school and plan to convert over. I hear the benefits are 100 times better and the pay itself. Although, there are some pros and cons. I also heard that ps is harder to deal with. Any advice is welcomed!
