Spelling flashcards that don't waste a lot of paper

I wanted to make a template for flashcards that wouldn't require a ton of paper. I have students with as many as 30 spelling words, so I made a card that could be folded to hold as many as 4 words within the card. I'm just going to use 3 words per card, since there are 10 cards to a page. I don't feel too bad about using 1 paper per student, as opposed to several sheets for each. There are a few pics and 2 files to share below.

I should add, these will be going in their take-home binders (F.L.A.G. binders) in a vinyl pouch, so they hopefully won't get lost too easily!

Your cards are a great idea; but how do you print on both sides and are the words on the opposite side upside down from one another

I just flipped the paper over so it would print upside down on the opposite side...which would look correct when opening the card.

A possible solution might be to use the making words format instead of flash cards. Give each child a template with the alphabet printed on it with extra vowels and frequently used consonants. Then they can have an adult or another person call out the word and they have to put the letters together to make the word. This will also benefit your students who learn differently than what is the norm.
